RPA Roles and Responsibility

 

 RPA Developer

RPA Developer working for enterprises are responsible for problem solving and design the automation based on the need, Once the automation is designed and rolled into the Production, an RPA Developer also needs to make sure that the designed automation is achieving the desired result.

An RPA Developer has mainly three roles.

1.   Process Designer

2.   Automation Designer

3.   Production Manager

Process Designer

The Process Designer is responsible for understanding the current process and monitor the changes that happen after implementing the feedback during development or testing phase. They are ensuing all the RPA developer are in synchronize.

Automation Architect

Automation Architect is the member of core automation team and builds the RPA project using the RPA tool to solve the problems. Automation Architect may or may not have the developer level expertise.

Production Manager

Once the project is rolled into the production, the Production Manager ensures that the processes are being triggered, all the exception are handled and if any issue is occurred, reports the bugs.
